How information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate the Vedder app and the supporting services behind it.
- With Vedder backend systems that manage authentication, runs, service cards, reports, and announcements
- With service providers that help us deliver mobile push notifications, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging
- With mapping providers if a user chooses to open a customer address in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or another external maps application
- When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the app for third-party advertising.
Tracking and advertising
The Vedder app is not designed to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not provide third-party advertising inside the app.
Data retention
Data is retained for as long as it is reasonably required for operational, contractual, safety, record-keeping, or legal purposes. Information cached on a device may remain there until the user logs out, clears the app, or removes the app from the device.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information handled through the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
- You can choose whether to enable push notifications on your device.
- You can update profile information available in the app.
- Because the app is intended for authorized business use, access, correction, or deletion requests may need to be handled through Vedder directly.
